2 month checkup.....

We went for our 2 month check up today and here are the stats:

~ 10 lbs 10 oz
~ 21.5 in long
~ 15.5 in head

He is growing great and is beginning to be a big boy!!! Below is a pic from our beach trip the week before. :)

1 month check up...

Pierson was one month already on June 9th - CRAZY! He had his one month check up this week. He's growing like a little baby weed.

Here are his stats now:

Weight ~ 6 lbs 15 oz (5 lbs 8 oz at birth)
Length ~ 19.5 in (19 in at birth)
Head Size ~ 14.5 in (13.5 in at birth)

So he is still small but he is growing great!!

Our Baby is here...

Pierson Mac Haynes was born on May 9, 2009 at 11:49am.

He was 5 lbs 8 oz and 19 in long. He was in great health and we are so happy he is here.

3 weeks to go... (so we thought)

I am working from home now...YAY! I am working from here and playing the waiting game. It is very nice not to commute downtown everyday. I am in full nesting mode but I am very tired all the time. I am taking advantage of sleeping because I know I need it and that will go away very soon. We got a cool new video camera for taking baby pics, so I will post a video of the baby as soon as I have it!!

New Pictures - 33.5 Weeks...

Today the doctors visit went very well. Pierson weighs 4lb 12oz and is right on track. He is about 17in long. Here are some pictures of his head and face. It is hard to tell but he is looking at you. They said he had really chubby cheeks and you could see his hair floating around. Also he is head down and ready for take off. So he is not breech. YAY

Baby Shower and Nursery...

This weekend was FULL of baby events and turning points. We had our first shower and were really showered with gifts. It was so much fun and it was so nice to have most all of my dear friends there. Here is a link to some of the pictures...

Registry "Glitch"...

Hello everyone, Just 2 days before our first shower Babies R Us has decided to mess with us and deleted 50 items off our registry. They do not know why this happened and don't know how to fix it. But I am ticked off to say the least! So I am starting one at Target, what I should have done in the first place! So feel free so shop there or gift cards are still welcome at Babies R Us.

Just checking in....

Hello everyone, I have not had much to say lately. I have just been getting bigger and bigger everyday. All the doctors visits have gone great and everthing is right on track. I will be 8 months next week!!!

Jason has finished up on the nursery painting and we will be putting the new furniture in this weekend and next! YAY! Just in time for my first shower coming up next weekend, March 28th. I am so excited to get some stuff for this little guy - I really have nothing to far, a little scary. I was joking with Jason last night that if he were born tomorrow we whould have nothing but some blankets and onsies. Ahhhh scary! I will post pictures of the room when we get the furniture in there and some of the stuff starts to trickle in, so stay tuned!

Jason and I have decided on a name for our baby boy!!

We both love the name and are very excited to have finally agreed on it!!! We liked this name because it was different and it also plays off of Jason's name with the -son. We will probably call him Pierse for short. That's all for now!!!

Registry...

I went and registered this weekend.... man how overwhelming! I have never been one to go into a Babies "R" Us so I did not even know where to begin! Thank god I had my good friend Jessica, who has a one year old, and my Mother along to give me tips. After 2 and a half hours we were done and the link is here if you want to take a look!
